PUR-S 2024: DriveLock once again named Endpoint Protection Champion

The manufacturer of products for IT and data security achieves top results in user surveys for the third time.

Munich, 29th February 2024 - For the third time, DriveLock SE, one of the leading international specialists for preventive IT security solutions "Made in Germany", once again finished as Champion in the Professional User Rating 2024 - Security Solutions (PUR-S) conducted by the techconsult IT Market Analysts.

Among the provider ratings, DriveLock achieved top scores in the categories "Innovation", "Overall product portfolio information" and "Training". As part of the "PUR - Security Solutions" user survey in the "Endpoint Protection" solution area, over 3,500 application experts were surveyed on eight solution categories for security solutions.

Top position in the PUR-S Diamond "Endpoint Protection"

DriveLock achieved the Champion position in the Endpoint Protection category of this year's PUR-S. DriveLock users praised various special features of the solution, such as its innovative strength, high performance and the information and training services it provides to customers. The overall product portfolio also impressed the survey participants. The techconsult Vendor Insights Report takes a closer look at all these aspects and more.

The overall results shown in the diamond are derived by combining the numerous individual ratings in the "Company Rating" and "Solution Rating" dimensions. Both the provider and the solution are judged here. Assessing these aspects, which are particularly relevant for users, provides a holistic presentation of the results.

A total of 26 leading providers in the endpoint protection sector achieved a position in the results diamond. DriveLock stands out clearly from the competition with its excellent ratings and is one of the leaders. "The title 'Champion' is only awarded to providers that have achieved an excellent company rating along with an excellent solution and technology rating," explains Raphael Napieralski, Project Manager at techconsult. "An above-average product loyalty and recommendation rate underline DriveLock's overall results and highlight its strong focus on customer satisfaction."

Endpoint security in 2024

Endpoint security continues to be a key issue in protecting organizations, especially in the context of the increased threat level of Ransomware as a Service (RaaS).
