We created the CenterTools Partner Program with our channel partners in mind. We value strong, long-term partnerships that benefit our customers. To accomplish this, we try to help our partners develop and deliver solutions that protect their customers against existing and newly developing threats to their networks. We believe that it’s crucial to give our partners the right tools and the training required to make our products work for their customers. Partner Levels
Registered Reseller
Registered Resellers are already familiar with DriveLock, know their customers' needs. They have the competence to assist their customers with implementing DriveLock and to assist with installing and maintaining DriveLock in smaller environments.
Certified Partner
Certified Partners have the skills and experience to provide assistance and support to their customers in multiple areas of network security. Sales and technical staff, who have been trained by CenterTools, are uniquely qualified to assist customers, from the purchase process to implementing DriveLock even in large and complex environments. All Certified Partners are backed up by the DriveLock support team.
Marketing and Sales Support
As a CenterTools partner you receive many benefits that help you find new customers and assist existing customers. CenterTools provides extensive sales and marketing assistance to its partners. This includes participation in CenterTools marketing campaigns and support with your own marketing and customer communications activities. (Specific benefits depend on the partner level.) We also make sure that you get all the training you need to successfully sell DriveLock and perform a complete DriveLock deployment.
Training and Events
Our training and other events are highly focused and targeted towards the audience. The goal is to prepare you to assist your customers address their IT challenges and to provide you with a deep level of familiarity with DriveLock. This includes professional support for your sales team as well as in-depth training of your technical staff. With your in-depth knowledge of DriveLock you are optimally prepared to tackle even large DriveLock projects. If you have questions or need assistance, you dedicated contact on the CenterTools partner support team is there to provide quick and competent assistance. This ensures smooth progress for all your customer projects.
