Software Maintenance
We continually improve our products to meet the evolving needs of our customers. To ensure that we can continue to make these improvments, the purchase of Drivelock includes a Software Maintenance Agreement. Customers covered under a current Maintenance Agreement get access to all product upgrades and technical support at no additional cost. An upgrade is a migration from one DriveLock version to a newer version, for example, from DriveLock 6.1.2 to DriveLock 7.0.5.
Software Maintenance Services include:

- Participation in the DriveLock beta Program
